Naval Forces Africa Sailors have been working with 10 East Africa nations this past week as part of Cutlass Express to address maritime security in East Africa.
These Sailors and African partners have been developing search and seizure tactics and information sharing best practices in order to combat things like illegal fishing and piracy. The photos and videos below showcase these efforts-and the partnerships formed by working together to make the waters off East Africa a safer place.
